Enjoy a tasting of the best wines in this modern brasserie
The new restaurant Le Léopard, advised by Romain Fornell, has opened its doors in the central Eixample district of Barcelona. It is a modern brasserie, whose cuisine is based on market products. Le Léopard’s cellar has more than 70 references.
During the week of celebration of Barcelona Wine Week will offer a tasting of a special selection of Moët & Chandon wines, among others: Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2012. Veuve Clicquot Grand Vintage 2012 y Ruinart Blanc de Blanc.
In addition, Le Léopard is organising its first wine tasting on Monday, February 3rd, with a three-course meal and a dessert:
- Organic humus with an assortment of raw vegetables x QUINTALUNA 2017- Castile and Leon – Organic
- Smoked salmon with mince and creme fraîche x TORELLÓ Brut Corpinnat
- Ox tartar with knife x PALACIOS REMONDO La Montesa 2016 – Rioja – Organic
- Aligot cheese and chocolate ganache x UNIVERS, Moon Wine Montsant 2017 – Organic and biodynamic
